I Have Been Having "episodes" Of Extreme Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating

I have been having "episodes" of extreme nausea, vomiting, sweating profusely and stomach pain. I have had Xrays, CT-Scan, Utra-sound, Gastric Emptying Test and HidaScan. All test came back normal (elevated white count at the ER). When I had the HidaScan, the pain in my stomach increased and I felt extremely nauseated the next day. The following day, the symptoms got so bad, I was back in the ER. The GI doctor called me this morning and said, with my symptoms following the HIdaScan, they are referring me to a surgeon. Can I have all these tests come back normal and my Gallbladder still an issue? I am ready to have it out at this point! Thank you!
