I Have Been Having Episodes Of Extreme Responses To Temperature

I have been having episodes of extreme responses to temperature change. If, for example, I enter an air conditioned room on a hot day or eat ice cream or something else cold, I begin to shiver uncontrollably, can't get warm, I develop a 103 degree fever, my blood pressure drops, I get a bad headache, and every bone and muscle in my body aches. If I get in bed, I sleep for 12-14 hours. The next day many of the symptoms continue and I feel weak and cold. It takes me two full days to recover from one of these episides. Could this be an autoimmune reaction? I have, possibly, a mild case of Sjogren's. I strictly follow a gluten-free. FodMap diet.
