I have been having increased SOB with minimal activity. Last night while in bed lying flat in bed I got tightness across my chest, which was relieved by sitting up. This went on all night. Today I have pain/tightness across upper chest with deep inhalation. Chest sounds are clear and audible. I have been taking NSAIDs for various aches, so I am thinking this could all be acid reflux or GERD?
