I Have Been Having Joint Pain Intermittently For About A

I have been having joint pain intermittently for about a year now in my fingers, wrists, kness, ankles and now my feet. I was tested for RA and it came back negative but I do have autoimmune Hashimotos and am being treated for the thyroid. Could I have RA even though I tested negative for it last March?
