I have been having serious gas both burping and flatulence for several months. About two months ag I began having bouts of diarrhea that last a couple of days then resolve. No constipation no "floating feces". No oily feces. The bouts have increased in frequency in the last couple of weeks. Now I find I'm very thirsty even when I'm drinking plenty of water. Belly bloats. Imodium has little effect.
