I have been having severe pain in all my muscles and extreme cramping. My hands, feet, legs, back and stomach are all affected. It has gotten progressively worse the last few months and is affecting every area of my life. Also, my fingers turn purple quite a bit. Do you know what this could be? Just had some Bloodwork done and they said my Ana was high. Could it be cancer?
