I have been having sharp chest pain for a few weeks and Im not sure whats going on? I have nausua, and fevers and pain in my back. Can you help me?

Chest pain over few weeks associated nausea and fever and pain in your back. It could be suggestive infective origin. It could be infection of the heart, lung or the esophagus. You have to get examination( like a ECG, Chest x-ray, blood routine, etc) done to in-order to come to a conclusion.
