I Have Been Having Upper Arm(both Arms) Aching Pain After

I have been having upper arm(both arms) aching pain after certain movements with my arms raised or reaching behind me. It is getting progressively worse. There is no pain at rest, and I can sleep with no problems as long as I keep my arms lowered. It is not excercise related as I can work out and do cardio with no problems. I am 61 years old and in very good health, take no meds and have good blood pressure, etc. It started about 10 months ago. The ache lasts for 10 to 20 seconds after moving my arm(s) to certain positions, then goes away.
