I have been having very loose stools for the last week, I don't feel sick at my stomach but when ever I eat a hour or so later I'm in the bathroom 2 or 3 times, then it stops till I eat again, I have a protein shake for breakfast then greek yogurt for mid morning snack, for lunch a salad with meat like turkey or tuna, then dinner I have salad and meat. I have been staying away from starch and carbs as much as possible
