I Have Been Having Very Painful Bilateral Foot And Toe Contortion. What Could Be Causing This ?
I have severe nerve damage from waist down due to injuries sustained in the army. right distalfibular rebuild. lumbar stenosis. compressed and buldging disk. limited ROM from lumbar region down to feet amd for the last 6 months I have been having very painful bilateral foot and toe contortion. I am not getting help i need from the VA. what can be causing this contortion problem?
Looks like u r suffering from something called as radicular pain, read about it. Only physio and analgesics can help. You can also ask the physio to give you ultrasound therapy for the oain, it has good results. Try alternative medicine like accupuncture
