I have been having what appears to be a clear or yellow sticky substance ooze from my testicles. The testicles are dry and appear cracked from which this substance is coming from. I have never had this issue before and have had no sexual contact with anyone other than my wife which has been very limited. I am 68 years old. Could you kindly provide a reply? Thanks very much!
