I have been in Clonazepam 0.5 mg for 6 & 1/2 yrs. my old pain doc put me on it sge said research showed it helped with the nerves in the back. I have had several back surgeries with rods cages & I have a morphine pain pump for 11 yrs. it's been a God send. We moved & my new pain doc kept me on it for 1&1/2 yrs. yesterday the doc said they would no longer give it to me. Never said they would ween me off of it or anything. I am scared to death of going thru withdrawals. I went thru them one time cause my pain pump quit working. I am not a depressed person nor do I have angzety. I don't even take my break thru meds and the doc can't believe it. But I am very scared of this medicine being taken away. I only take it once in the morning once at bedtime. Please help me.
