I Have Been In Treatment Since The 60's PTSD Bipolar

I have been in treatment since the 60's PTSD bipolar major depressive disorder. Everything tried many hospitilastions etc almost dies from one mixture prescribed. My psychiatrist gave me free samples of nuvigil for a year or more. Left the area ins covered costs. Came back to same dr now insurance won't pay even though I have a precaution on file from previous psychiatrist. Current psych will not give me samples and insurance won't pay. I'm allergic to generic brand Today I had to pay 250.00 for half the prescription I will have to move again but elderly housing has a two year wIting period. I'm 76 years old
