I Have Been Instructed By My Physician To Stop All

I have been instructed by my physician to stop all supplements that have blood thinning qualities for 2 weeks before I go in for a procedure...I use the pain patches (icy hot back patches) to relieve arthritus pain. Am I in compliance with his instructions?
