I Have Been Obese For Many Years And Suffered From

I have been obese for many years and suffered from hypertension. I am a 57 year old male. Over the last year I have lost five stone (70lbs) and taken up a range of exercise and become much fitter. My blood pressure is now usually around 115/65. I would like to come off losartan which I have been taking for 5+ years @ 50mg per day. Any suggestions?
