I Have Been Off Work For 3 Months With Nausea

I have been off work for 3 months with nausea loss of appetite lost 7 kg in weight gnawing pain on right under ribs sometimes turns sharp no pattern to it. Feel full very quickly after eating get pressure in throat and chest.After eating lots of burping and belching also rumbling on right where gnawing pain comes from after eating or drinking.Somedays constipation other days stools are soft no effort needed.I have had abdominal scan endoscopy ct scan endoscopic ultrasound blood tests which showed underactive thyroid been on levythyroxine for 7 weeks feel no better.I have IBS and diverticulosis.On 16th of April I had a mastectomy of right breast as I had 4cm DCIS I opted to get breast off no pre invasive so no further treatment needed.On 18th of April all these symptoms started and they are not going away.I am taking 3 domperidone a day 2 omeprazole 20mg 1 zopiclone 7.5mg rodomel 75mg. I also have a grade 2 rectal prolapse which is causing bad constipation so I am waiting to see a colorectal doctor and I am also waiting to see an endincronologist as I have a small lump on right of neck with pressure ther and in right ear and temple.I am really unwell and all this is not going away .I would lke to know if these symptoms are all pointing to cancer even though everything is clear.
