I Have Been On Atorvastatin For 1 1/2 Years. It

I have been on Atorvastatin for 1 1/2 years. It seems that a month or so after being on it, I began having pain in my leg muscles and joints, but only if I walked 20 to 30 yards, was bending over a lot, carrying heavy objects or climbing stairs. The pain is from the front of my ankles to my hip bones. Sometimes it is so painful I have to sit for about 5 or 10 minutes. If not the Atorvastatin, then what be causing this? I was on Lovastatin before going on Atorvastatin and had no problems.
