I Have Been On Medication (Casaber) For An Adnemonia For

I have been on medication (Casaber) for an adnemonia for sometime and have just had a reading of my prolactin levels in my blood. The normal levels are between 85-500 and my current level is 29. Last year it was 74 so it has reduced significantly. I do have an appointment to see my endocronogist next week. I have officially now going through menopause (period has been absent for 12 months) I believe he will take me off the medication. I am suffering from tiredness/fatigue in that I cannot get enough sleep. Could low prolactin levels likely be the cause? Or is this likely to be menopause? Linda
