I Have Been On Oxy-Cycline 100mg., Azithromycin 250mg., Azithromycin 250mg.,
I have been on oxy-Cycline 100mg., Azithromycin 250mg., Azithromycin 250mg., Amox-Clav 875 125mg., Amoxicillin 500mg., Clarithromycin 500mg. since Nov. 2017 for Bronchitis, Ear infection, Pneumonia, Flu, Sinus infections.
Now the ENT has had me on Clindamycin 150 mg. for bacterial sinus infection. Both maxillary sinuses were full. I took the Clindamycin 150 mg. for two weeks and now he wants me to continue for two more weeks because of the bacteria in the maxillary sinuses. All this to ask would the Clindamycin cause heartburn or GERD? How can I handle the symptoms while completing the antibiotic without compromising the antibiotic?
