I Have Been On Pain Pump Fentanyl , Fentanyl Patches

I have been on pain pump fentanyl , fentanyl patches ,. And Percocets, 3000m, pain pump, 75 m patches, 50mg qd for 18 yrs, as of last Friday, Aug 17, 2018 , I am being reduced to no patches and "2" 5mg Percocets after 1 month weaning down period due to DEA requirements, my pain has not been going away, getting worse, what can I do? Also many other people are going through this,
