Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been on the CombiPatch HRT for many years. I am 65 and getting ready to retire. I'm finding that this drug will be very expensive under Medicare Part D. I am researching possible alternatives for this drug; however, there does not appear to be a generic form of CombiPatch. On GoodRx, it suggested brith control pills as a substitute as ithey contin the same two estrogens found in HRT drugs. Is this an option for me?
