I Have Been On The Birth Control Pill For Almost

I have been on the birth control pill for almost a year now. I just finished my week of sugar pills and had sex. I had only been back on the regular pills for three days since the sugar pill week. The condom broke, but he did not ejaculate inside me either. Nervousness got to me and I bought Plan B. Should I continue taking my regular oral contraception pill? Could I be pregnant? Am I safe?
