I Have Been Running A Low Grade Fever For 6

I have been running a low grade fever for 6 days along with terrible body aches. This has happened after being prescribed Bactrim for an underarm abscess. I went to ER and they lanced the abscess. Nothing came out but blood. Now I have a wide open slit under my arm. I'm very tied of feeling sick. Do I need further treatment?
