I Have Been Sick For About 2 Years. I Am

I have been sick for about 2 years. I am severely nauseated every hour of every day of my life. When I need to poop it gets worse, sometimes I actually vomit. I get really really bad pains in my stomach to the point I am almost passing out, I get weak and light headed. When that happens I also am drenched in sweat. My face gets really red and if I talk or move I throw up.. However I am not constipated. The doctors I've been to have thought it was my methadone they thought it was from smoking weed but they lowered my methadone to 22mg and i stopped smoking weed and nothing changed. They did a bunch of tests and everything came back good.
I absolutely cannot live like this any more.
The list of medications i am prescribed are;
Trazodone, ativan, Prozac, seroquel, ramipril, clonodine, methadone.
