I have been suffering from belching for almost two weeks with no relief paired with a horrible headache. It is low on my left side and is unlike normal headaches. It feel like a massive amount of pressure. It started low on the left side of my skull but the pain area is growing by the day. I can barely turn my neck. I have had bouts of this for years and have always attributed it to gas pains but am starting to think it might be migraines.this is the worst and longest episode I have had. I also have lupus but do not think this is related. I went to the dr a week ago Friday and he put me on an antacid that made it worse. He referred me to a gi dr and I have an appointment for the end of October. I called dr again today to express that my level of pain is increasing everyday and I cannot wait a month to be seen. Just need advice. I think I may just go to ER tomorrow if I don't hear back from him.
