I Have Been Suffering From Pain Down My Left Arm

I have been suffering from pain down my left arm & neck back of the shoulder...neurologist sent me for a mri nothing seemed to be impinging the nerve in the neck. Although the photos was not a high quality because I have cerebral palsy (left side hemiplegia) & my body kept going into spasm in the machine. I am overweight...I thought of heart related problems, diabetes...my GP says this is a musculoskeletal pain. I have been prescribed nortriptyline, gabapentin, Valium, baclofen, naproxen, codeine...the pain is unbearable...More recently my entire arm is freezing cold & it feels like the circulation is cut off from the shoulder down...there is tenderness under my arm & across the left breast...collar bone area too. I have no use of the right arm & as a result of a RTA when I was 11 (I was hit by a motorbike & 2 cars I have limited use of my left leg...this limb is really important to me & I feel like no one is realizing the significance of the impact, even though I have stressed my position clearly. Please help!
