I Have Been Taken Off Effexor And Put On Wellbutrin,

I have been taken off Effexor and put on Wellbutrin, I began the wellbutrin on Dec 26th. I am extremely agitated, crying at the drop of a hat, having sweating spells, ringing in the ears, nausea, dry mouth, joint pain. My doctor said I could go back on the effexor if I decided to. My question is can I go directly back on Effexor tomorrow?
