I Have Been Taking Bupropion XL For Approximately 2 Years

I have been taking Bupropion XL for approximately 2 years &I have had a great deal of hair loss & thinning! My hair brush is always full, hair in the sink, drains & essentially all over the house, my clothing & the washing machine. My Psyciatrist said this medication would help me quit smoking (which it hasn't) and elevate my depression (not sure how much it does) I am bipolar also. I am taking 150 mg. 1x/da. & am 71 years old. I also take Divalproex ER, 500 mg. 1x/da. Also take a number of other medications. I used to have beautiful thick hair. My friends, who are in my age group, tell me it is just part of aging & their hair falls out too. I am not happy with their diagnosis.
