I have been taking Gemfibrozil 600 mg for a few years now (1 2x@day). However at a recent check up it showed I was having a negative reaction. The doctor then changed RX to Zetia and since there is no generic - When I called pharmacy I was told my cost was $146.15 @ month. I then checked with my insurance company and was told there is no generic and they advised me to call the doctor. I called her at 10:00 and haven't heard back. Just want to know if there is an alternative to this Zetia
