I have been taking Metanx for 3 months but in the last 2 weeks I have experienced pain at the lower part of the big toe in the joint and my feet have swelled to a point that I can hardly wear shoes. The swelling does go down some over night, but pain does not. The pain is only there when I step on my foot. If I am sitting or laying down, there is no pain.
