I Have Been Taking Pseudoephadrine 30mg TID For The Past

I have been taking Pseudoephadrine 30mg TID for the past 2 months, under my doctor's order for nasal and ear congestion as a result of flying. My thyroid was treated with RAI in 1999. I have been taking levothyroxine 0.1mg daily for many years. My recent TSH was 0.31, down from 1.2 a year ago (indicating that I am now in the hyperthyroid range). Can this change be attributed to the pseudoephedrine?
