I Have Been Taking Glucophage For 13 Years 500mg Once

I have been taking glucophage for 13 years 500mg once a day. Today i woke up with blood sugar of 98 after i ate 2 hours later it was 69. I have not taken glucophage today. I have measured my sugar levels now at 10pm after eating 6 hours ago and my level us at 131. Should i take my glucophage tablet tonight or not? I also take 100mgThyroxin for hypothyroidism also last 13 years. I have fibroyalgia, stenosis lower back, skoliosis middle of back and arthiritus in my knees and osteoarthiritus. I am riddled with pain in my joints daily and suffer from chronic fatigue. Should i take my glucophage medication tonight with a reading of 131?
