I Have Been To A&E Twice In The Past 6

I have been to A&E twice in the past 6 days with server pain in my right carve . Following cramp. I have developed brushing behind my knee and now my ankle with bruising. I had an ultra sound yesterday that was inconclusive due to swelling. The pain is still bad , what should I do. I am taking co codamol, but not having much effect.
