I Have Been To A Orthopaedic Doctor For Over A

I have been to a orthopaedic doctor for over a year now. Both my knees have lost the padding (meniscus) due to onset of Rheumatoid arthritis. I have no gap between joint on inside of right knee and about a 1/16th inch gap on inside of left. My doctor has tried multiple (6) cortisone injections, and two different gel injections. One being a one shot injection the other a series of 5 injections. I am in severe pain and my doctor has told me that until I am closer to 50 it would be not a viable option to do a right knee replacement because the knee lasts only about 20 years. Upon research, i have learned they now make knees that last around 30 years called bio knee replacement. He has recommended pain management until i am closer to 50. As i do not want to be on narcotics for the next 5-10 years and at my wits end with this pain where do I go from here? Another orthopaedic doctor? My doctor works for a very well known orthopaedic center in Columbus Ohio (Grant sports Medicine). DR. Lance Maynard. I am at the point where death would be a viable option over this pain. Thank You. Nevermind I cant afford this answer.
