I Have Been To Several Doctors For My Ears. I

I have been to several doctors for my ears. I have had a problem for a year now that every time I swallow and yawn I hear some clicking noises. It mainly clicks in the left ear but sometimes in the right and sometimes both ears click. It also feels like my ears maybe stocked up, when i do physical exercises it feels weird like I am breathing though my ears. It is really annoying. I do not have any hearing loss. The first doctor I went to they thought that my ears had too much wax and flushed it out and that did work. The second doctor gave me some Fluticasone Propionate thinking that the eardrum wasn't working right and that didn't help with the sounds. Then i got a Eustachi to exercise the eardrum which didn't work. Then I went to the third doctor and they perforated the eardrum which did not help, did a CT scan for my ears and didn't find anything, and did a test that included electrical impulses and they didn't find anything wrong. The third doctor has run out of options to test me and diagnosed it as over awareness of the Eustachian tube sounds. The things that do help to mellow the noise is when I plug my ears and then swallow and swimming. I have just gotten so frustrated so many times, I need help!!!
