I Have Been Told That I Am Probably Suffering From

I have been told that I am probably suffering from tendonitis due to repetitive motion injury to my shoulder and rotator cuff. I have been reading about tendonitis and I haven't really seen anything about numbness from the shoulder and down my entire arm with bad pain all the way to my fingers being a symptom. I am a baker and bake a lot of bread in brick pizza oven which requires a quick thrusting motion to slide the bread into the oven for several hours per night. Is numbness and tingling a common symptom of tendonitis? I try to limit medications so was looking for a more homeopathic way to treat this condition.
