I have been treated for fatague now for over 10 years now, I sleep for 12 to 14 hours a day. I also have some nausea from time to time and some joint pain. All I have been treated for is depression which doesn't, seem to be helping. They checked vitamin D which was very low so I take a daily supplement . I have seen a behavioral specialist and I don,t believe he thinks the problem is depression related as he has stretched my second appointment to a month, which tells me he doesn't, believe I am terribly depressed. He did say maybe some more blood test , I think he said magnesium level, but at this point I am very concerned I either sleep or rest most of the day and it's embarrassing now to go visit friends during the Olympics and the race I have been waiting to watch, the fastest man in the world and to have my husband have to nudge me I'd nodded off. THat is not at all like me I love sports and would normally have no trouble staying engaged. SO needless to say my fatigue is getting worse I never would have dozed off at a friends house before, I did just turn 65 but the fatigue has started being a problem for me when I went through menopause and has gradually gotten to the point l basically have no life. WHat are your thoughts. THank you, Linda Deveraux. YYYY@YYYY
