I Have Been Treated For Years With Trigger Point Injections

I have been treated for years with trigger point injections in my neck and shoulders.For years I was injected with sarapan and lidocaine,which became less effective.I switched to a steroid,but less often.Flareups are very painful and prevent moving my head.It can be as simple as using a pillow away from home I am not used to like right now.My current flareup has an added symptom:My scalp is very sensitive.Just brushing my hair is enough to cause extreme pain all over my scalp and where the muscle spasm on the tops of my shoulders are.What is this added symptom and what do you suggest
