I have been treated well with 20mg of Vasotec to control my hypertension. But as I approach 60, I think my control is perhaps not reaching target. I am considering a two-drug approach to step up my control. I am pre-diabetic so it seems that a two drug therapy combining ACE and calcium channel blocker may be a good approach/non-metabolic impact. Do you have a recommendation on a good combo of ACE and calcium channel blocker, both in effectiveness and hopefully low price?
