I Have Bi-lateral SI Joint DysfunctiIon (my Right Hip Is

I have bi-lateral SI Joint dysfunctiIon (my right hip is pooching out from SI joint? or maybe the DDD is the cause of this?and a crushed disk, DDD, at L4-L5. Both are giving me severe pain. Wondering which operation would be the wisest to start with. I was going to see if I could get the DDD L5 fixed first just because it seems like it would be a faster recovery time but now I have read that this might not be the correct choice. I realize my doctor will tell me but quite frankly I have had a difficult time with doctors thus far due to my insurance. (I am very thankful to at least have this opportunity but I pray to get fixed - I have so many plans and feel I am worthless to everyone the way I am now)
Also is there some proof that the doctor can see of how bad the SI joint(s) have become. My Pain management doctor commented the left was really tight and right really lose so I am assuming it cab be seen - True?
I see my surgery doctor Tuesday (I hope) Health Choice has been difficult in approving my visits this month.
