I Have Black Hair And I Wish To Have Blond

I have black hair and I wish to have blond hair. I've done lots of research and I understand that eumelanin is what causes dark hair and pheomelanin is what causes blond hair. I keep surfing the internet but I just keep finding hair dye solutions.
I don't want to dye my hair or alter the color physically in any way. I want to eat something or swallow some kind of pill which will decrease the eumelanin production in the hair shaft and increase the pheomelanin production giving me blond hair.
How can I do this?

Also I have read that you can now change your genes and get blond hair simply by changing one pair of one of your genes. Is there anyway for me to do this too?
