I Have Breast Cancer Stage 1on The Right Side And

I have breast cancer stage 1on the right side and stage 2 on the left side. I have had a lumpectomy on the right breast and left breast but the left breast has a lot of DCIS so I plan on a double mastectomy. I also have planned reconstruction. I would want tissue from my abdomen placed as the reconstruction material for my breasts. I have been advised to seek cardiac clearance prior to attempting this procedure as I have right heart failure, use a cpap, have pulmonary hypertension and a heart murmur ,and hypertension. The plastic surgeon at the cancer center states this type of surgery which they would do all at once may take 14 hours. I am 69 years old and everyone is dubious about me attempting this surgery. What is your opinion ? Thank you
