Hi, I am shukla. I have some query about chest pain . Infact I got a pain in Dec and got addmited at hospital. Even after doing many test ECG ,ECHO,TROP-T,nothing find out but still I am having pain in centre and right side mostly. Some time in Arm Joint. Please get me some solution.
Sometimes pain may be a symptom of stress, anxiety or depression. Are you having any of this.Do you also have poor appetite, sleep or loss of interest in earlier pleasurable activities? This may point to presence of depression. Also it may simply be due to costochondritis. In that case the costocondral junction will be tender to palpation or mild pressure. You have mentioned pain in arm joint. Does it happen always, at rest /during work or only when you try to raise your hand towards your head? If answer to the the last question is yes, you may even have a frozen shoulder. Contact an good internist/ general medicine doctor
Dear Doctor,
Thank you very much. yes, I have poor appetite but Chest pain in centre then right side any time comes and go but arm joint pain mostly comes while sleeping. While taking Asperine 100mg. It all works and everything subsidise. Is there any thing to worry about. I am diabetic and Blood pressure always normal.
As i have said, you need to check up with a physician. You may require a physical examination without which it is not possible to diagnose your problem correctly.
Sir,
All chest pains are not always cardiac in origin-heart related.
Other possible causes includes,
Anxiety, depression, costo-chondritis, rheumatic pain etc.
To my opinion you require good physician consultation and thorough investigations.
