Hi well come to HCM.
You have not mentioned which side you have chest pain. weather both pains are simultaneous or at different time. severity of pain etc are impotant to know and your age is very imortant. Any way if it is on rt side less likely to of cardiac origin.It could be musculo skeltal or respiratory pain. take som e pain killer like IBUPROFEN or DICLOGESIC
after meals two times a day if no benifit submit your self for X-RAY chest and cervical
spine to rule out spondilosys or some thing like pneumonitis in chest. Thanks
