I Have Chronic Hepatitis B But My Wife Had Been

I have chronic hepatitis b but my wife had been vaccinated and now we had twin boys, they took 1st shot of hepatitis be vaccine a week after their birth and has since taken 3 shots of pentavalent vaccines, they'll be 1year old 6days from now, should I still worry about anything? I seriously don't want them infected, I'm very careful around as I can't even share a kiss with them..
