I Have Chronic Hip Pain. Severe Arthritis Will Need Surgery

I have chronic hip pain. Severe arthritis will need surgery according to ER doctors. Today at work it felt like my muscle or something ripped I don't know. All I know is it is very severe pain. I can honestly feel like a pulling in my upper thigh and can hardly walk. I almost went down at work. I assume it has something to do with the weather however this pain jolts through my groin down my right leg back into my butt at times. My hip hurts at all times so that I am use to. Even though it is now cold the other jolts happen all the time, but the thigh pulling was something different and frankly scared me. Of course it costs money to get help and a answer I just need help I'm tired of being miserable all the time I'm only 37
