I Have Chronic Muscle Pain That Gets Worse With Movement,

I have chronic muscle pain that gets worse with movement, constant spasms and frequent fasciculations,
The pain right now is worse in my knees where my left me is disabled from the pain. It came on I was bicycling and there was weakness at first. My knee would give in sometimes. It kept getting worse from there and eventually spread to my other knee.

I have painful muscle spasms in my shoulders for many years. Before the knee pain there was an episode where my pectoral muscles contracted and it caused shortness of breath as my windpipe I guess was getting choked from the inside by the muscles.

MRIs of my knees show nothing. I've seen Physiotherapists chiropractors, orthopaedic surgeons, physiatrist, neurologist, none of them have made diagnoses, one of them prescribed me a patellar knee stabilizer brace which helped substantially but not enough. Nothing else has helped substantially. I've tried naproxen and lyrica with no success.
