I Have Chronic Neck Pain In My Fasette Joint. I

I have chronic neck pain in my fasette joint. I have done PT, massage, chiropractic all at the direction of my Dr with no relief. He says arthritis.I recently took Hydrocodone for a dental procedure and it didn't help and take tramadol for my back but it doesn''t help my neck. Any pain meds you might recommend?
