I Have Consistently Experienced Bruising On My Scaphoid Area/anatomical Snuff

I have consistently experienced bruising on my scaphoid area/anatomical snuff box on both wrists. This has been occurring for about a year now. I believe it is caused by exercise, specifically from burpees due to the impact on my wrists when going to the ground. It always presents itself when I have done a class where there are a lot of burpees. I have asked multiple trainers about this at my gym, one suggested that it was caused by lifting heavy weights; others don't have an answer. I've asked my GP about this and he does not believe it's an issue. However, due to the frequent nature of the bruising (literally happens almost every week), it has begun to worry me and I'd like a second opinion. I have always considered myself to have "weak wrists" as exercises that involved being on my wrists for longer periods of times would hurt my wrists. I no longer find being on my wrists a problem however the bruising started at about the time when my wrists stopped causing me as much pain from exercising. The only injury to the area was a fracture on my right wrist when I was in grade four (I'm now 25) that needed to be reset due to the doctors believing it would heal incorrectly in the position it was originally cast in.
