Go back to your Dr. and describe your symptoms again and ask for an EKG. It differs from a ECG in that it traces the electrical activity in your heart whereas an ECG shows the structure of your heart.. You can be reassured that you aren't having a heart attack from your blood work and ECG. Anxiety definitely can cause the symptoms you describe and often cause more problems for some people at night when they aren't doing other things to take their mind off of their worries. Talk to your Dr. and good luck.
